Job summary

Zoomlion is seeking a logistics professional in Warrington to oversee international trade documentation and end-to-end shipment coordination for heavy machinery and spare parts.

You will manage LC-based export documents, duty/VAT payments for imports from China, and stay up-to-date with UK and Ireland import declarations and transport regulations. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in import/export and heavy machinery transport.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• Organized, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage transit documentation for machines and spare parts from origin to destination.
• Review and prepare documents under Letters of Credit (LC) terms for export.
• Manage Duty and VAT payments for imports from China, ensuring HMRC compliance.
• Stay current on import declarations and UK/Ireland transport regulations.
