Perfect Placement is recruiting on behalf of a reputable Oxford-area car dealership for a Local Business Development Manager. You will build relationships with local businesses and fleet clients, promote vehicles and finance options, and manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to delivery.

The role offers a basic salary of £27,000 with an OTE up to £50,000, a company car, 25 days holiday, comprehensive training, a pension, and long-term career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive, fleet, or commercial sales experience is essential.
• Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Oxford.
• Hold a UK driving licence with minimal points.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrable success in business-to-business sales.
