Automotive Recruitment Consultants Ltd is working with a high‑profile West Midlands dealer group to recruit an experienced Fleet Sales Manager in Birmingham.

You will grow fleet sales across SMEs to Blue Chip clients, manage around 550 units per year, and benefit from an uncapped commission plan plus a company car.

Qualifications

• Essential: B2B sales experience.
• Desirable: motor trade experience within a fleet or business sales environment.
• Demonstrated track record of developing customer relationships and winning new business.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business and managing relationships with existing clients.
• Growing fleet sales across a diverse portfolio of B2B customers.
• Identifying customer requirements and providing tailored fleet solutions.
• Understanding benefits of fleet solutions for businesses and individuals.
• Prospecting and setting high-quality B2B appointments.
• Building long-term relationships within the West Midlands market.
• Promoting the full range of products and services across the Group.
• Managing administration and ensuring deals progress from enquiry to completion.
