Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a dedicated Local Route Driver in the Chadderton area. You’ll own a designated local route with around 40–50 stops daily, delivering parcels with 10/10 service and upholding safety standards.

Operating a 7.5 Tonne vehicle, you’ll use Saturn handhelds to manage deliveries, navigate routes, and provide friendly, professional customer service on every drop-off.

Qualifications

• A valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
• Ideally 6 months recent driving experience handling 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• Professional, approachable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically active and comfortable with lifting involved in the job.
• Cares about doing a good job and treats customers and colleagues with respect.
