Job summary

DPD UK is recruiting a reliable 7.5 Tonne Driver to own a local route and deliver with high quality service. You’ll operate a 7.5 t vehicle on a fixed schedule, navigate efficiently, and use Saturn handhelds for real-time updates and proof of delivery.

Expect a Monday–Friday routine, with a 09:00–17:30 pattern, contributing to a sustainable logistics network. This role emphasizes safety, customer care, and teamwork within a growing company.

Qualifications

• A valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
• Ideally 6 months recent driving experience handling 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• Professional, approachable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and own a designated local route with 40–50 stops daily.
• Use Saturn handheld devices to track deliveries and navigate routes.
• Load/unload parcels and assist customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.
