Corinthia London is seeking a Lobby Lounge Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the lobby lounge and adjoining garden restaurant area in a 5* environment. You will support the Assistant Lounge Manager, lead by example, and ensure our guests experience exceptional and memorable service.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Crystal Moon Lounge Lobby Lounge Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lobby lounge and garden restaurant area, ensuring that all service standards are met and that guests have an exceptional and memorable experience. The Supervisor will support the Assistant Lounge Manager in managing the team, monitoring the lounge’s and garden restaurant’s operational flow, and providing leadership to ensure the smooth running of the lounge.

This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example. The Lobby Lounge Supervisor should embody the core values of the company: heart, head, and hands, including being supportive, connected, refined, caring, genuine, positive, focused, creative, and entrepreneurial. The Supervisor will also be responsible for fostering a positive team environment, ensuring that all staff are aligned with the lounge's luxury service standards.
