ABOUT THE ROLE

The In Room Dining Commis Waiter is responsible for providing a warm welcome with friendly, professional service. In Room Dining Commis waiters must multitask effectively to juggle all their responsibilities. They are responsible for providing guests with food and beverage services.

You will be responsible for ensuring any order in our guests’ rooms is delivered as per standard, exceeding guests’ expectations and minibars are replenished as needed. They typically work under the supervision of a supervisor, coordinator, assistant manager, or manager, taking orders from guests and delivering their requests to kitchen colleagues.
