Job summary

Corinthia London is seeking an experienced Northall Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service in a 5-star setting. You will prepare and present classic and signature cocktails, ensuring the highest standards with meticulous bar area maintenance.

You will contribute ideas for beverage offerings, support junior team development, and thrive in a high-end, guest-focused environment. Evening, weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or luxury bar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and cocktail presentation.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, delivering personalized, attentive service
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • A passion for beverage innovation and guest experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and pride in work.
  • Professional grooming and appearance.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Confidence and poise when serving high-profile guests.
  • Collaborative mindset with leadership potential.
  • A background in luxury hospitality or a related field.
  • Food Hygiene or Health & Safety certification (Level 2 or higher preferred).
  • Bartending or mixology certifications desirable (e.g., WSET, Mixology Academy, or equivalent).
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (if applicable).

  • Deliver exceptional beverage service to all guests with cocktails prepared to the highest standards.
  • Take responsibility for preparation, creation and service of classic and signature cocktails.
  • Maintain efficiency, cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Contribute creative ideas to beverage offerings and support training of junior staff.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Northall Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to all guests, ensuring that each drink is prepared and presented to the highest standards. This role involves full responsibility for the preparation, creation, and service of both classic and signature cocktails, as well as maintaining the efficiency, cleanliness, and organization of the bar area. The Bartender plays a key role in providing outstanding guest experiences, contributing creative ideas to beverage offerings, and supporting the training and development of junior team members.
