Job summary

Avison Young in the UK is recruiting Welcome Space Ambassadors to deliver exemplary visitor and occupier experiences in our lobby environments. You will greet guests, support onward travel, manage check-in, and showcase our technology-enabled spaces.

The role focuses on creating a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining space appearance, and building positive relationships with occupiers. You will work as part of a 'One Team' approach, upholding GDPR and safety guidelines while representing the Avison

Qualifications

• SIA licence or willingness to achieve accreditation.
• Passion for service delivery and guest experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced lobby environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a user-focused service experience for visitors and employees.
• Welcome building users warmly and efficiently; assist with onward journeys.
• Ensure access control and verify visitor procedures.
• Maintain spaces and cleanliness; report issues to appropriate teams.
• Promote and maintain use of welcome screens and space tech.
• Build relationships with occupiers and support client brands.
• Act as Avison Young ambassador and uphold policies and safety.
