Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is opening a new Lloyds Banking Group office lobby in Cardiff on Johns Street. We seek a Lobby Ambassador to deliver a 5* visitor experience, manage meetings, and support the front-of-house team with grooming and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' in high-end hotels, prestigious corporate workplaces, or premium hospitality.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation.
• Skilled in Outlook, Word, Teams, and Chrome; experience with visitor management tools like Condeco.
• Ability to handle a high volume of queries across platforms.
• “How can I help” mindset aligned with 5* hotel service.

Responsibilities

• Warm welcomes: host, greet and assist visitors with concierge-level approach.
• Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces.
• Manage visitor check-ins and check-outs for smooth access.
• Provide first line AV support for meetings.
• Proactively manage queues to improve arrival and departure experiences.
• Coordinate with facilities and FOH teams to uphold high service standards.
• Oversee lobby environment and liaise with housekeeping and catering.
