Mitie is recruiting a Lobby Ambassador (Corporate Receptionist) for Lloyds Banking Group in Halifax. The role pays £13.45 per hour and requires availability Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 5pm, on-site at the Halifax site.

As the welcoming face of the workspace, you will deliver high-quality guest experiences, manage meeting rooms, and coordinate with facilities and FOH teams to uphold standards. Professional presentation is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in high-end hotels, prestigious corporate workplaces or premium hospitality.
• Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
• Immaculate grooming and personal presentation.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Teams, Chrome and Condeco visitor management.
• Ability to handle a high volume of queries across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Host, greet and assist all visitors and colleagues with concierge-level service.
• Set up and reset meeting rooms and event spaces to specified layouts.
• Manage visitor check-ins and check-outs for smooth access and departure.
• Provide first-line response to IT/AV queries from colleagues in meeting rooms.
• Proactively manage queues and coordinate with FOH teams to uphold standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, catering and other departments to maintain the lobby.
• Escort visitors to their destinations and ensure security and safety at all times.
