Essential Job Functions:

1. Efficiently manage the quarterly valuation process, collaborating with valuation professionals to ensure quality control.
2. Supervise workflow and direct reports to ensure timely deliveries.
3. Execute valuation reviews and client consulting engagements, utilizing organizational and technical skills.
4. Communicate and coordinate with market participants, clients, and colleagues.
5. Review third-party appraisal reports.
6. Develop reviews, consulting reports, and other deliverables.
7. Complete quarterly client presentations.
8. Resolve non-compliance issues through verbal and written communication with clients or involved parties.
9. Work independently on projects and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
10. Supervise and mentor team members.
11. Perform other activities as assigned by your manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 6+ years of relevant industry experience, with at least 1+ years in a Senior Associate or equivalent role.
3. Certified General Real Property Appraiser License is a plus.
4. MAI designation is desirable or candidate for MAI designation.
5. Strong valuation expertise.
6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Argus.
7. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage direct reports.
