Qualifications

• Valid Loading Shovel licence is required.

• Strong awareness of safe plant operation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate a loading shovel to move and manage materials safely.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and complete required documentation.
• Load and unload vehicles while maintaining operational targets.

Skills

Valid Loading Shovel licence (e.g. NPORS or CPCS)

Experience operating loading shovels in recycling

Strong awareness of safe plant operation

Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment

Reliable and safety‑focused

Basic mechanical knowledge
