Morson Edge is recruiting for an experienced Loading Shovel Operator based in Warrington. This ongoing role involves working on aggregates and asphalt production, with duties including feeding materials, stockpile management, and daily checks.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid CPCS/NPORS Loading Shovel ticket, have proven site experience, and demonstrate strong health and safety awareness. On-site responsibilities require reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of

Qualifications

• Valid Loading Shovel ticket (CPCS, NPORS or equivalent) is required.
• Experience operating loading shovels on quarry, aggregates or similar productions.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a loading shovel safely and efficiently.
• Load hoppers and feed materials into the production plant.
• Stockpile management and movement of aggregates.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping across site.
• Support site operations as required.
