Job summary

Serco is hiring a Refuse & Recycling Loader for our Rushmoor team in Ash Vale. You will support waste collection routes, be the public face of the Environmental Services team, and help keep streets and homes clean and safe while delivering excellent customer service.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with early start times and occasional Saturday and bank holidays. We offer excellent benefits and opportunities within a supportive, values-driven environment.

Contract Type: Perm, full time
Salary: £26,509.31 per annum + excellent benefits
Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 6.30am - 3pm with occasional Saturday work & Bank Holidays.

As a Refuse & Recycling Loader in our Rushmoor team, you'll provide a complete waste and recycling service on behalf of the residents and community in the local area. With a professional, dedicated and friendly team of Refuse Collection staff, we ensure that streets, homes and businesses are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.
