Job summary

Munich Re in Manchester is seeking a Learning Operations & Systems Specialist to drive the effective delivery and continuous improvement of learning operations and systems, with a focus on SuccessFactors Learning. You will collaborate with HR, IT, and external providers to enable global learning initiatives and maintain high-quality processes.

The role requires hands-on LMS administration, strong data skills, and experience in a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Hands-on LMS administration experience with enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of HR systems and learning tech ecosystem.
• Experience implementing or upgrading HR systems.
• Excellent Excel-based data handling and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix, cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth delivery of learning operations by coordinating activities and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinate system updates, testing, and requirements gathering for LMS enhancements.
• Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with HR, IT and external providers.
• Advise stakeholders on LMS capabilities and best practices within standards.
• Generate and analyze learning data and KPIs to improve efficiency and training impact.
• Create documentation, guides, and knowledge materials for consistent operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements in training administration.
• Support governance frameworks, controls, and system standards in learning operations.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes.
