Job summary

Portfolio Group is seeking a Learning & Development Manager for their Manchester City Centre team, with office presence required 2 days per week. The role focuses on owning the sales learning roadmap, delivering blended L&D and implementing CRM & LMS projects.

You will lead blended learning initiatives, drive CRM & LMS projects, build a new sales academy, and engage senior sales stakeholders to improve the learner experience. The package includes £65,000–£70,000 salary plus attractive benefits.

• Proven L&D professional with experience building out capability through blended learning and tools.
• A Sales background / understanding, handling senior sales stakeholders and managing expectations
• Be keen to develop within people management

Responsibilities

You will be working in some unbeatable offices, and office presence is required 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will receive a salary between £65,000 and £70,000, with other amazing benefits also available to you.
