Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary appointments in a clinical setting.
• Ability to manage patient data securely and adhere to data protection.
• Strong telephone and face-to-face communication skills.
• Awareness of clinical pathways and national guidelines (e.g., NICE).
• Proactive in contacting patients to support engagement with surveillance.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Liver Health Checks clinic scheduling across the ODN.
• Maintain a patient tracking list for ongoing HCC surveillance.
• Coordinate referrals between community teams, hepatology, and radiology.
• Provide administrative support to clinical teams and maintain records.
• Identify next steps in patients’ surveillance timelines and notify relevant teams.
• Make preplanned outbound calls to remind patients of upcoming scans and tests.
