University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Hepatology Pathway Co-ordinator/Administrator to support our Liver Team and Fibroscan technicians in delivering the GP Direct Referral Fibroscan Service.

You will coordinate the patient journey from GP referral through Fibroscan assessment, manage referrals, appointments and data, and provide key administrative support to the Liver CNS team while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with Trust policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Fibroscan pathway, ensuring compliance with RTT targets, Trust policies and booking procedures.
• Manage waiting lists, booking appointments, processing email referrals and patient correspondence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and upload Fibroscan data to Trust IT systems.
• Provide administrative support to the Liver CNS team.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and external organisations to support seamless patient care.
