Oxford Health is seeking a part-time Lived Experience Transformation Manager to lead a 12‑month transformation programme. The role focuses on embedding lived experience at the heart of service design, delivery, improvement and governance across the Trust, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with service users, carers, staff and stakeholders.

• Ability to provide strategic communications and engagement guidance to senior teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and delivery of a Trust-wide Lived Experience Transformation Programme.
• Create a 12-month workplan with objectives, milestones and success measures.
• Embed lived experience, co-production and patient accountability across the Trust.
• Identify opportunities to influence strategic priorities and service developments.
• Support senior leaders to embed lived experience in planning and governance.
• Produce reports and presentations for leadership groups.
