Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust seeks a part-time Lived Experience Transformation Manager to lead a 12-month programme embedding lived experience across the organisation. You will work with service users, carers and staff to ensure lived experience informs planning, design and governance, acting as a visible advocate for patient voice and accountability.

The role requires strong engagement, co-production and project management skills, with a passion for empowering people with lived experience

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering transformation programmes.
• Experience embedding lived experience into service design and governance.
• Knowledge of NHS frameworks and public sector operating models.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and delivery of a Trust-wide Lived Experience Transformation Programme.
• Develop and implement a 12-month workplan with objectives and milestones.
• Provide leadership in embedding lived experience, co-production and patient accountability.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen lived experience influence in priorities and programmes.
• Support leaders to embed lived experience into planning, decision-making and performance.
• Produce reports and presentations for senior leadership and governance committees.
