Job summary

The League of Adventure Group is seeking an experienced Performance Operations Manager for its Phantom Peak venue at Westfield Stratford City in London. The role focuses on leading the performance team, establishing show operations, and ensuring smooth opening and ongoing shows.

You will manage rotas, staff budgets, auditions, rehearsals and training, collaborating with creative and technical teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while balancing creativity with efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience managing performers or operational teams in live entertainment environments.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage rotas and budgets.
• Proven ability to keep shows running to high standards under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support our cast and performance teams.
• Manage performance rotas, attendance, cover and staffing budgets.
• Coordinate auditions, rehearsals, induction and training.
• Ensure every performance is fully staffed, prepared and delivered to the highest standard.
• Oversee show readiness and respond to operational issues during live performances.
• Work closely with Creative, Technical and Venue Operations teams.
• Coordinate performance requirements for corporate events and private hires.
• Support day-to-day operation of interactive games and show systems.
