Job summary

Phantom Peak in London is hiring a Bar & Guest Experience Manager for a high-profile new opening at Westfield Stratford City. You will lead the bars and hospitality spaces, recruit and train a skilled team, and deliver outstanding guest service in a busy, immersive setting.

You’ll balance strong commercial performance with exceptional guest experiences, managing stock, costs and licensing. A Personal Licence and opening-venue experience are advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing busy bars or hospitality operations in high-volume environments.
• Commercial mindset with ability to manage budgets, licensing, stock control.
• Hands-on leader who develops teams and delivers memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup and day-to-day management of our bars and hospitality spaces.
• Recruit, train and develop a high-performing team.
• Deliver exceptional guest service in a high-volume setting.
• Manage stock, gross profit, labour costs and commercial performance.
• Oversee licensing compliance and venue safety.
• Collaborate with Sales & Events for corporate events and private hires.
• Ensure integration with the Phantom Peak immersive world.
• Act as senior duty manager in the absence of the Venue Operations Manager.
