NEP UK Ltd, a leader in outside broadcasting, seeks an Equipment & Resource Coordinator in Bracknell to plan, book and coordinate equipment for world-renowned OBs. You will work with NEP Group and hired gear, ensuring crews have what they need for successful events.

A flexible, multi-tasking mindset and strong engineering equipment knowledge are essential. The role offers a blend of office and hybrid working from our Bracknell HQ, with opportunities to support global productions and contribute

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating with suppliers and managing budgets.
• Strong communication across departments and with external partners.
• Understanding of engineering terminology and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book NEP UK equipment for events, including NEP and hired gear.
• Raise purchase orders and manage documentation.
• Provide load sheets to crew and coordinate with base ops and engineering.
• Ensure timely delivery, check-in, and return of equipment; liaise with freight agents.
• Monitor equipment status and communicate shortages or issues.
• Offer flexible support for ad hoc site needs and after-hours responses.
