Job summary

NEP UK Ltd in Bracknell is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead live broadcast projects from concept to delivery on-site.

You will own the technical plan, coordinate Engineering, Operations and Commercial teams, manage budgets and ensure on-time, within-spec delivery across multi-venue OB operations.

The role suits someone with outside broadcast expertise, strong planning, and the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong outside broadcast knowledge gained through technical project management, engineering, operations or similar hands‑on roles.
• Excellent planning skills with ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines.
• Confidence in communicating with clients and technical teams and taking ownership of decisions.
• Understanding of budgets, resources and delivery, with a focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from brief to delivery, developing the technical approach and a clear plan covering equipment, people, facilities, timelines, logistics and budget.
• Design practical broadcast solutions with Engineering, Operations and specialist teams and produce the necessary plans and documentation.
• Maintain strong client and internal relationships, and take ownership on location when requirements change.
• Collaborate with Commercial teams to prepare quotations and monitor project costs while seeking efficient delivery.
