NEP UK, part of the NEP Worldwide Network, seeks an Equipment & Resource Coordinator in Bracknell to plan, book and manage equipment for world-class Outside Broadcasts. This role requires strong organisation, engineering fluency and a flexible, problem-solving approach.

Hybrid work and broad responsibilities support a fast-paced live events environment. You will work with audio, vision, cameras, lenses, VT and other gear, coordinating with crews and suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery and

Qualifications

• Negotiation skills with financial awareness.
• Strong communication across departments and NEP network.
• Understanding of engineering language and equipment; keep up with new tech.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Forms, Word, Excel).
• Scheduling software knowledge (ScheduALL, R2).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing timelines.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book NEP UK, NEP Group, and hired equipment for events, including PO generation.
• Use barcode software and Excel to manage equipment data and invoices.
• Provide load sheets and coordinate crew for truck loading/unloading.
• Inform base crew about collections/deliveries to ensure availability.
• Brief Base Ops and Engineering on resource allocations for the week.
• Coordinate with crew and suppliers to check/return rented equipment on time.
• Follow up on OBs for missing/broken items; report shortfalls to the Resources Manager.
• Offer flexible support for site needs and respond to ad hoc requests outside core hours.
• Assist Head of Operations with day-to-day admin and core business requirements.
