NEP UK, part of the NEP Worldwide Network, seeks an Equipment & Resource Coordinator to support operations and resource management for world-renowned outside broadcasts. You will plan, book and coordinate equipment from NEP and hired sources to deliver high-quality productions, ensuring crews are supported and services run smoothly.

The role is full-time and permanent at Bracknell HQ with a blend of office and hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Highly developed negotiation skills with a good financial awareness.
• Well-developed communication skills with the willingness to liaise across departments.
• Understanding of engineering language and equipment, with interest in new technology.
• Confident with computers and Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Forms, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of scheduling software (ScheduALL, R2) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Equipment & Resources Manager with planning and booking NEP UK, NEP Group and hired equipment for future events, including creating purchase orders.
• Utilise in-house barcode software and Excel to gather equipment information, issue invoices and carnet documents.
• Allocate equipment and provide load sheets to crew for loading and truck checks.
• Ensure base crew have information on collections and deliveries of equipment.
• Brief Base Ops and Engineering crews on allocation of rented and internal resources.
• Coordinate with crew and suppliers to certify rented equipment is checked and returned on time.
• Follow up after OBs for missing or broken items and liaise with maintenance to mitigate losses.
