Job summary

Pixel Toys in Leamington Spa seeks a seasoned Release/Deployment Manager to coordinate the end-to-end game release process. You will act as the technical gatekeeper for version control, manage multi-branch merges, and align production with QA, platform submissions, and post-release care.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, plan updates, patches, and live ops content, ensuring stability across client/server deployments while minimizing player impact and facilitating smooth

Qualifications

Experience as Release Manager for live-service/mobile games.
Strong knowledge of Git and Perforce merge workflows.
Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and submission processes for App Store Connect/Google Play.

Responsibilities

Oversee production release cycles and gatekeeper for version control across branches.
Coordinate game updates, patches, hotfixes, and live ops content in a flexible release calendar.
Manage deployments for iOS/Android via App Store Connect and Google Play Console; monitor telemetry for stability.
Plan go/no-go decisions, coordinate rollbacks or hotfixes when needed, and drive postmortems to improve processes.
