Job summary

Pixel Toys seeks a QA Manager to lead the studio's QA function, defining vision and fostering a high-performing culture of quality across development. You will mentor the QA team, establish standards, and drive testing methodologies for a polished mobile F2P title.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Art and Production to embed quality from planning through live ops. You will manage test coverage across time zones, coordinate with external QA partners, and champion automated testing.

Qualifications

• Rich background in QA leadership within mobile or F2P spaces.
• Experience guiding distributed QA teams and mentoring leads.
• Ability to build and drive test strategy and standards across the development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication with engineering, design, art and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the QA strategy and standards for the studio.
• Lead and mentor the internal QA team across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate testing coverage with internal and external partners.
• Oversee build health, risk assessments and release readiness reviews.
