Pixel Toys in Leamington Spa is seeking a QA Manager to lead the studio's QA function, defining strategy, mentoring the internal QA team, and championing quality across the development lifecycle for mobile/F2P titles.

You will establish standards and testing methodologies, coordinate across engineering, design, art, and production, and drive automated testing, release readiness, and compliance with App Store / Google Play.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA teams for mobile or F2P titles.
• Strong knowledge of QA metrics and reporting.
• Proven ability to establish QA standards and testing methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead the studio's QA function and set the strategic QA vision.
• Coordinate testing across Engineering, Design, Art and Production; manage resources and external QA partners.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration and performance testing; drive automation adoption.
