Pixel Toys is seeking a Lead Game Designer to shape the features of a live midcore mobile RPG. Translate the Game Director’s vision into engaging, monetisable systems and player experiences.

You will work with the Game Director, engineering, UX, art, audio and QA to deliver high-quality designs that scale in a live service environment while guiding team members toward a shared product vision.

Qualifications

• Designing midcore mobile games with strong metagame and progression systems.
• Experience turning product goals into clear feature scopes and player experiences.
• Proven ability to balance player value with live operations and economy health.
• Strong communication to align across engineering, UX/UI, art, audio and production.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design and evolution of key features from concept to live operation.
• Collaborate with the Game Director and pod leadership to shape priorities and solve problems.
• Ensure features are well-defined, practical to implement and high quality.
• Track feature performance post-launch and iterate based on data and feedback.
