Pixel Toys in Leamington Spa is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead our quality, stability, and performance efforts by blending hands-on testing with automation and tooling expertise.

Collaborating across Engineering, Production, DevOps, and Live Operations, you will establish comprehensive test strategies and oversee functional, regression, exploratory, and risk-based testing before releases. You will advance automated testing within CI/CD, and mentor junior testers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Games QA or Software QA with a focus on test automation.
• Experience with mobile games is desirable.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, C#, Java or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional, regression, exploratory and risk-based testing across production cycles.
• Design, expand and maintain automated test suites; turn manual tests into repeatable workflows.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and build custom testing utilities.
• Oversee performance tracking and live operations testing; publish QA reports and dashboards.
• Mentor junior team members in automation, scripting, and testing best practices.
