Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Leamington Spa is seeking a Senior/Lead Product Manager to shape live games, driven by player data, bold hypotheses, and a disciplined experimentation process. You will partner with Executive Producers to decide what to build and why, ensuring each feature ships with impact.

Based onsite at our Leamington Spa studio, you’ll lead roadmaps, collaborate with growth and monetisation teams, and mentor analysts to elevate the product craft across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Senior product management experience in F2P mobile games with live games.
• Strong analytical skills with cohorts, funnels and experiment design.
• Understanding of game economies, LiveOps and monetisation.
• A hypothesis-driven mindset.
• Experience partnering with producers or game leads.
• Clear, warm communicator to players and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Understand the games inside out and size opportunities in retention, engagement, economy and monetisation.
• Start with a hypothesis and define success metrics for each opportunity.
• Design and run A/B tests with product analysts and decide what ships next.
• Shape the roadmap and prioritise it with the Executive Producer.
• Align growth insights from UA and creative with monetisation for better player experience.
• Guide product analysts and help set product practices across the portfolio.
• Spot tomorrow’s hits by evaluating promising new games.
