Job summary

Kwalee is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape live games, decide what to build, and why, driving retention, engagement and monetisation. You’ll pair with Executive Producers to own hypotheses, experiments and the roadmap, ensuring every feature ships with purpose.

You’ll lead product analysts, work with UA and monetisation, and grow a portfolio across mobile and PC/console. On-site 5 days a week in Leamington Spa.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with live mobilegames experience and measurable improvements.
• Strong analytics: cohorts, funnels, experiments, and data-driven decisions.
• Ability to lead or mentor analysts and collaborate with producers.

Responsibilities

• Understand the games deeply and size opportunities in retention, engagement, economy and monetisation.
• Form clear hypotheses with success metrics for every opportunity.
• Design A/B tests with product analysts and decide what ships next.
• Shape and prioritise the game roadmap with the Executive Producer.
• Connect growth and product with UA learnings and monetisation.
• Grow the product craft and set portfolio-wide practices.
• Spot tomorrow’s hits and guide growth for new games.
