Active Assistance is seeking a compassionate Live-In Support Worker to join a dedicated care package in Malvern Link, Worcestershire. You will live with and support a warm gentleman with a spinal cord injury, including helping with daily activities, mobility, and companionship, while caring for his two dogs.

The role operates on a rolling rota with two weeks on/off, offering flexibility through a zero-hours contract.

Competenze

• Experience in care or similar role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Kindness, patience and proactive attitude.
• Love for dogs is a big plus.

Mansioni

• Support the client to exercise choice and control in daily life.
• Assist with hygiene, dressing and toileting.
• Drive the client and help access local amenities and community events.
• Follow the client’s care plan and maintain confidentiality.
