Job summary

Advance is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs live the lives they choose in Malvern. This 20-hour-per-week contract covers Mondays to Sundays, including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, with mileage paid at 0.55p per mile.

No prior care experience is required; values, empathy and reliability matter. You will support personal care, accompany medical appointments, record care plans and training, and have opportunities

Qualifications

• Good communication with people
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Able to maintain accurate care records
• Willingness to complete mandatory training and Care Certificate if needed

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities
• Support with meals, appointments and social activities
• Keep care plans up to date and document changes
• Attend training and maintain required records
