FirstPort Limited is seeking a Residential Development Manager in the Sketty/Swansea area. The role involves building a strong resident presence, overseeing safety and property management, and coordinating with partner services to welcome new residents.

You will work with a local team, manage contractors and safety procedures, and help foster a sense of community through residents' associations and events. A live-in position with rent-free accommodation is provided.

Competenze

• Customer service focus with ability to handle residents in person
• Excellent communication and issue-resolution skills
• Understanding of health and safety principles and incident handling
• Competence with Microsoft Office and openness to learn new systems
• Organised, methodical with precise record-keeping
• Outgoing personality, team player with proactive approach

Mansioni

• Maintain a high profile around the development and office, ensuring residents are checked within requirements
• Perform daily checks to keep the building safe and secure; maintain records and protect data
• Oversee works, raise orders, manage contractors, monitor progress, sign off completions
• Encourage Residents Association and social committee to improve community experience
• Build links with residents' families, local authorities, doctors, social workers and health authorities as needed
• Respond to emergencies by contacting the appropriate response teams or authorities
• Assist with sales listed with Retirement Homesearch and welcome new residents
• Collaborate with the local peer Development Managers and travel to team/company meetings as needed
