You will coordinate contractors, manage daily operations, support a Residents Association, and liaise with local authorities. The role offers rent-free accommodation, a 35-hour week, and a range of benefits.

• Encourage Residents Association and plan social events for all residents.
• Build links with residents' families, local authorities, doctors and social workers.
• In emergencies, call the appropriate response team or authorities.
• Assist with sales with Retirement Homesearch and welcome new residents.
• Work with peers and attend monthly/annual meetings.
