You will manage contractor activity, support residents, liaise with local authorities, and work with a regional team to maintain high service standards. Strong customer service, communication, and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high profile around the development/office and check residents within requirements.
• Carry out daily checks to ensure building safety; maintain records and secure data.
• Oversee works, raise orders, manage contractors, monitor progress and sign-off completion.
• Encourage and support Residents Association; promote community through social events.
