EF Language Abroad is seeking a Residence Assistant Lead for the XXXXX Campus in Oxford. This is an on-site, live-in, full-time temporary role with room and board provided, starting January 2027 and lasting through February 2027.

You will welcome students, conduct room checks, provide emergency support, lead campus activities, and coordinate with staff to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Full fluency in XXXX (reading, writing, speaking).
• All additional languages are a plus!
• Someone approachable, friendly, and handles challenges with positivity.
• Innovative and detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus.
• Full working rights in XXXXXXX.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming students: Manage check-ins/outs to ensure all students feel at home during their stay.
• Room checks: Inspect and maintain quality standards for rooms and facilities used by students and staff.
• Emergency support: Be on-call to handle issues with safeguarding and student welfare.
• Events and Activities: Lead on-campus activities, act as a tour guide, and create memorable experiences.
• Teamwork: Build strong relationships with staff and students through clear and positive communication.
