EF Language Abroad is seeking a Residence Assistant Lead for the XXXXX Campus in Oxford. This is an on-site, live-in, full-time temporary role with room and board provided, starting January 2027 and lasting through February 2027.

You will welcome students, conduct room checks, provide emergency support, lead campus activities, and coordinate with staff to ensure a safe, welcoming environment. English fluency is essential, with additional languages a plus.

As a Residence Assistant Lead, you will ensure the well-being and satisfaction of international students at the EF Language residence, working full-time under the Residence Team Lead.

• *This is an on-site, live-in required position with room and board provided as part of the compensation package.
• * Full-time; temporary role in January/February 2027
• *Day shifts; hourly paid role, hours may vary, 5-6 days a week, working on weekends

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
