Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a care worker for an activity-based residential home supporting young people aged 8-18. You will reside at the centre overnight on working days, with accommodation and meals provided, and lead adventure-based activities to build confidence and life skills.

Expect 39 hours weekly in a 4-on/8-off rota, including sleep-ins. You’ll work with a supportive team, ensure safety, and support emotional and daily care needs while encouraging positive routines.

Qualifications

• Experience in care work or support roles.
• Ability to lead outdoor activities and keep children engaged.

• Provide daily care and emotional support to young people aged 8-18.
• Lead adventurous outdoor activities such as rock climbing and kayaking.
• Build nurturing relationships and support personal development.
