The Plough in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a hands-on General Manager to uphold our high standards of hospitality while steering daily operations across the pub, carvery, and event spaces.

As part of a growing, privately owned pub group, you'll lead a team, drive guest satisfaction, and manage commercial performance. Salary £42-46k depending on experience, with a 2-bedroom accommodation and 50% team food discount on offer.

• Competent in kitchen oversight and control of food production.
• Expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail.
• Strategic commercially minded operator with experience of growing hospitality businesses.
• Diligent with brand standards and processes.
• Understanding the guests needs and responding to market demand.

• Creation of sales driving activities on a regular basis.
