Job summary

The Plough in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a hands-on General Manager to uphold our high standards of hospitality while steering daily operations across the pub, carvery, and event spaces.

As part of a growing, privately owned pub group, you'll lead a team, drive guest satisfaction, and manage commercial performance. Salary £42-46k depending on experience, with a 2-bedroom accommodation and 50% team food discount on offer.

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager in one of Great British Inns prime sites, The Plough. The Plough is a vibrant, community-focused pub in Hemel Hempstead, serving fresh, delicious Great British classics alongside our popular 7 day a week, Gold Standard Carvery.
