Job summary

Carlyon Bay Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. You will maintain your station, follow instructions from Head or Senior Chef, and contribute to high standards across dishes.

You will manage stock, order ingredients, help adapt daily menus, and work across Brend Collection establishments when required. Live-in accommodation is available, with no transport provided.

• Complete requisitions and keep stocktake records.
• Store deliveries correctly and manage keys.
• Maintain kitchen area and equipment in hygienic condition.
• Prepare and adapt varying menus, with daily changes.
• Deliver a speedy service with quality and presentation.
• Consider portion control to minimise waste.
• Comply with HASAWA, HACCP, fire precautions and legal requirements.
• Work across Brend establishments to broaden experience.
