Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety, and HACCP.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes within your designated section.
• Managing your section efficiently during busy service periods.
• Supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior kitchen team members.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness.
• Monitoring stock levels and minimising waste.
• Working with Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to company standards and client requirements.
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative kitchen environment.

Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie

• Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes within your designated section
• Managing your section efficiently during busy service periods

Your personality, experience and qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in an similar role
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety, and HACCP procedures
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen
• You take pride in your work and never let a dish below standard leave the kitchen
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive, reliable, and positive attitude
