Chef De Partie – Highland Hotel & Restaurant – Glencoe

A Chef De Partie is required for a permanent position at an iconic Highland hotel and restaurant in Glencoe.

Salary: £34,000 per annum plus tips circa £4,000. Live-in accommodation is available.

Working pattern includes shifts across weekdays and weekends typical for a busy hospitality operation.

You will take ownership of your section, crafting quality Scottish dishes using local produce within a celebrated venue known for its mountain setting.

Working as part of a close-knit kitchen brigade, you will uphold rigorous standards across a bustling service.
