Chef De Partie

A Chef De Partie is required for a permanent position at a luxury five-star hotel in Kelso, set within the scenic Scottish Borders. The role offers an annual salary of £31,138, equating to £14.97 per hour, with paid overtime available. Tips and service charge are additional, and on-site staff accommodation is provided.

Working across various kitchen sections, you will craft exceptional dishes to uphold the venue’s prestigious standards.

This position suits a skilled culinary professional with prior experience in a similar setting, keen to contribute to excellence across all food outlets. Your expertise will be central to maintaining the property’s renowned reputation for quality.

As Chef de Partie you will work across a variety of kitchen sections, producing exceptional dishes consistently to the high standards expected of a 5 star operation. The Chef de Partie will be a key contributor to maintaining culinary excellence across all food outlets within the property. As Chef de Partie you will take full ownership of your section, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety compliance at all times.

The ideal Chef de Partie will be passionate, driven and committed to delivering outstanding food in a luxury environment. The Chef de Partie will also play an active role in supporting and developing junior members of the kitchen team, helping to foster a strong and positive kitchen culture.
