Job summary

The Bieldside Inn in Aberdeen is seeking a reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and contribute to daily kitchen activities, including aiding with menu preparation and ensuring food quality and freshness.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of CDP experience and an interest in Scottish food and local produce. Living in Scotland is preferred, and immediate-start arrangements are available.

Qualifications

• At least two years experience in a CDP role.
• Interest in Scottish food and utilising local produce is a plus.
• Ideally living in Scotland.
