Job summary

Sifton Properties Limited is seeking a temporary full-time Building Resident Manager for our Residential Rental Team at 790 Wonderland Rd. This live-in role collaborates with Maintenance, Leasing, and Leadership colleagues to deliver exceptional service and well-maintained spaces for residents.

You will handle daily operations, respond to resident requests, manage leases and arrears, and coordinate with contractors while maintaining safety and a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in building management or related customer service roles.
• Experience with interior and exterior building maintenance and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of green building technologies a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations and ensure high-quality resident service.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Leasing, and Leadership teams and contractors.
• Address resident requests, perform minor repairs, and ensure safety in common areas and suites.
• Handle rent collection, lease renewals, arrears, and related administrative tasks.
